From start to finish, the experience was seamless.  The way they turned our family footage into a meaningful yearly compilation was truly special.  I find myself watching it often, and it still brings tears to my eyes every time.  In a time when capturing family memories looks different than when we were young (no more camcorders and VHS!), I can't imagine not using a service like this.
